Martins Otse, a.k.a VeryDarkMan, a Nigerian social media activist, has made daring demands of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) after they invited him and crossdresser Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, to their Lagos headquarters.

This development comes after the release of a viral video in which Bobrisky reportedly disclosed that some unidentified EFCC personnel received a staggering N15 million in return for dropping money laundering allegations against him.
In a quick response, EFCC Chairman Ola Olukoyede released a public statement on Tuesday evening demanding an investigation into the claims. He also issued official invitations to Bobrisky and VeryDarkMan, inviting them to the EFCC headquarters in Lagos for interrogation.

But VeryDarkMan, who never backs down or stay silent, wasted no time in firing back. In a defiant new video posted on his social media page, he expressed deep mistrust of the EFCC, stating bluntly that he has no intention of honoring the invitation due to fears of being set up.

He highlighted discrepancies in the commission’s statement, questioning the legitimacy of their actions and openly wondering why, as someone who isn’t a suspect, he should be summoned to Lagos when the EFCC headquarters is based in Abuja, where he resides.

The activist didn’t stop there. VeryDarkMan made it clear that if he were to even consider their request, the EFCC would need to roll out the red carpet.

VDM boldly declared that they must treat him as a royal key informant, laying down his list of high-end demands.

Among his conditions: a first-class flight to Lagos, full security detail, and a stay in a five-star hotel—making it evident that if the EFCC wants to speak with him, they’ll have to meet his premium standards.
