Authorities and the RCCG Christ Ambassadors Youth Church on Peter Odili Road, Port Harcourt, are seeking help to identify a thief who stole a newcomer’s phone.

The suspect, dressed as an usher and captured in a video wearing a pullover sweater, took advantage of a request to charge the phone and fled the church with it.
