Richard Adamu Tallen, the only son of Dame Pauline Tallen, former Minister of Women Affairs, has tragically passed away at 42.
He died on Sunday morning at Cedar Crest Hospital in Abuja after being admitted for a brief illness.
Richard had been placed on oxygen support in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit on Friday night, although the exact cause of death remains unclear.
He was a graduate of Computer Science from a university in the United States and is survived by his wife and three children.
The family plans to announce burial arrangements soon. His alma mater, the Vom Old Boys’ Association (VOBA), expressed their condolences on social media, mourning his sudden passing and praying for his soul and all departed members.
