Nollywood actress Dakore Egbuson Akande recently responded strongly to allegations by a controversial blogger that she is involved with Nigerian Senate President Godswill Akpabio. In a video posted on her Instagram, Dakore vehemently denied any relationship with Akpabio, stating she has never even met him. She emphasized her happy marriage and family life, dismissing the accusations as baseless “lies from hell.”

Dakore issued a stern warning to the blogger, Gistlover, demanding the removal of her picture and a public apology on their platform. She also threatened legal action against them. Dakore concluded by offering a reward of N5 million to anyone who can provide evidence supporting the allegations. Her message underscored her determination to protect her reputation and integrity against false claims.
Captioning her video, she further warned: “DISCLAIMER ‼️‼️‼️ Usually I don’t do this BUT….. @gistloverblog.mediaoutlet AVOID ME ooooooooo, hmmmmm remove my picture right now and provide an apology to me directly on your page or be ready for legal action – A word is enough for the wise.”
