Fatima Kyari, the daughter of the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Mele Kyari, has reportedly died.
She died on Friday, October 11, 2024 at the age of 25.
Vice President Kashim Shettima confirmed the sad development and extended his sympathy to the bereaved family.
In his message, the former Governor of Borno State prayed for the repose of the deceased and asked God to grant the family strength during this challenging time, acknowledging the painful loss of their daughter, who was in the prime of her life.
The Vice President was among the mourners who attended the funeral prayers at the Annur Mosque in Abuja.
