The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja this afternoon overturned the previous ruling of the Federal High Court, thereby sacking Olusola Ebiseni as the candidate of the Labour Party in the Ondo State governorship elections holding on Saturday, November 16th 2024.

It would be recalled that Labour Party presidential candidate in 2023 election, Peter Obi was in Akure canvassing votes for Ebiseni.
