President Bola Tinubu is set to visit Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, from Wednesday for a three-day official trip at the invitation of President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo. The visit will include discussions on bilateral issues, particularly focusing on oil, gas, and security.

Several agreements are expected to be signed to enhance cooperation between the two countries. Tinubu will be accompanied by Foreign Affairs Minister Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar and other cabinet members who will participate in the signing and review of bilateral relations.

The statement reads, “The President will be accompanied on the trip by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar, and other members of his cabinet who will be involved in the signing of agreements and review of opportunities to improve bilateral relations.”
