A suspected thief who was apprehended while stealing chicken in Jos, Plateau State, has gotten more than what he bargained for.
After he was nabbed, he was tied to an electric pole and publicly shamed.

A Plateau politician, Pam Nyango, posted a photo of the suspect with the stolen chicken tied around his neck on Tuesday, October 29, 2024.
“99 days for the thief, one day for the owner this morning in my area,”
he wrote.
