President Bola Tinubu is set to depart Abuja on Monday, August 19, 2024, for a working visit to France.

This was confirmed by Presidential spokesperson Ajuri Ngelale in a statement released on Sunday evening. The President is expected to return to Nigeria shortly after the completion of his stay in France.
This trip follows closely on the heels of President Tinubu’s recent three-day state visit to Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.

During that visit, he engaged in bilateral talks with President Nguema Mbasogo and signed agreements focusing on security as well as oil and gas cooperation between Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea.
