The Kano Pillars FC U-19 team was involved in a road accident on Tuesday in Jos, Plateau State.

According to the club’s Media & Communication Directorate, several players and the driver sustained various injuries while traveling to the New Jos Stadium for their Matchday 5 fixture against Plateau United U-19.

The statement confirmed that all injured individuals have been taken to the hospital for medical attention, and thankfully, there were no fatalities reported.

The medical team is monitoring the situation closely. The club expressed its heartfelt thoughts and prayers for those affected and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
