Award-winning singer and one half of the famous music group Psquare, Paul Okoye, has spoken out after being cleared by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Last year, blogger Stella Dimokokorkus alleged a conflict among the Psquare brothers and their elder sibling, Jude Okoye, over alleged diversion of joint funds. Reports suggested the EFCC’s involvement and Jude Okoye’s temporary custody.

Recently, Instagram blogger Cutie Juls claimed Paul and Jude Okoye were arrested by the commission. However, Paul has since confirmed his clearance and innocence on Instagram, emphasizing that his wealth comes solely from his music career.

Paul expressed relief and announced his return to music, promising new music to be released next week. He stated, “Eagle eyes all cleared. I no thief ohh, na just good music dey pay. Now, let’s get back to the music. Next week!! New music!!! Vitamin D.”
