Having found child’s pornography movie on his laptop, Matt Vereen, a sports reporter for FOX TV affiliate WACH FOX 57 in South Carolina, has been arrested and charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. The charges stem from allegations that he possessed and distributed child pornography, including explicit images and videos of minors.
Vereen, who has been suspended by WACH FOX 57, was released on a $40,000 cash bond with strict conditions. If convicted, he faces up to 30 years in prison. The investigation involved multiple agencies, and the case is ongoing.
