In a video, Ibrahim mentioned that he invested N1.4 billion to create this impressive property. He emphasized that this amount does not include any grants or loans.
His story has caught the attention of many on social media, who admire his dedication and perseverance.
Chatta also said it took him nearly four years to complete the project since he didn’t have enough money.
