Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu received an enthusiastic welcome as he visited the NYSC camp to address Batch B stream I participants completing their orientation course. During his speech, Governor Sanwo-Olu announced significant pledges, including N5 billion for the construction of a new permanent NYSC camp in Lagos. He also committed to providing N100,000 to each corper upon completion of their service and assured automatic employment in the Lagos Public Service for the top 100 corps members from the current batch. The pledges sparked jubilation among the Batch B stream I members, who responded with loud cheers of approval.
